Join Lauren Clark and Kelly Bergh for an intimate and nourishing retreat with boutique hotel accommodations in Palm Springs, Ca.
This retreat will be full of playful practice, connection and restoration. Together we will explore movement, breath, meditation, and growth within our practice surrounded by magnificent natural landscapes.
Join us for a variety of practices and workshops focusing on Intentional Play!
During our four days together you are invited to tap into your sense of joy and adventure. These practices are open to everyone looking to infuse their practice with creativity and joy, all while building strength and confidence! We will cover some yoga philosophy, pranayama, innovative and playful techniques to approach inversions, and hacking your practice in a variety of ways.
Practices and workshops are all optional.
If you are a current instructor registered as a 200 hr RYT through Yoga Alliance, you are able to submit these 10 hours of practice for continuing education hours upon completion.
*You must complete all 10 hours of practice to receive continuing education credit.

Our most private option, the Poolside King Room for one features a cozy King sized bed with imported linens and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. This room includes personal heat and air conditioning, a mini-refrigerator, and TV. Retreat to your room for some quiet time on your own or step right out to the pool deck to hang with the group!

Group Suite—
Shared King Bed

Room sleeps 4. King bed must be booked with another individual.
Register with friends and hang out in the largest suite. This suite features a king-sized bed and two twin-sized daybeds in the adjoining room—will be paired with the same gender. This suite also includes personal heat and air conditioning, mini-refrigerator, and a TV. The en-suite bathroom features custom tile work with a soaking tub and shower. Enjoy views of the epic mountains or swing on the egg chair right outside your door. ADA accessible.

This spacious King Room is located off of a semi-private patio for a more intimate retreat stay with a friend or partner*. This room includes personal heat and air conditioning, a mini-refrigerator, TV, ample closet space and a wall to wall wet bar. The en-suite bathroom includes a large walk in shower.

This spacious suite features a King-sized bed as well as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, perfect to share*. The suite includes personal heat and air conditioning, mini-refrigerator and a TV. The en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub, double vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and a separate water closet. The sliding door opens onto the pool deck making it easy to connect with the rest of the group!

Lauren Clark
Lauren (she/her) is an E-RYT 200, YACEP yoga instructor and student in the Philadelphia area.
Lauren has a Master of Social Work degree and M.Ed. in Human Sexuality, and is dedicated to creating a learning environment with a strong focus on trauma-informed practices. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Lauren strives to create a safe and inclusive space for students to embark on their yoga journey.
Specializing in intelligent sequencing and hand-balancing, Lauren blends strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to guide students through transformative experiences on the mat. Lauren’s teaching and education experience also includes Yin and mobility-based yoga techniques. She recently served as a Lead Trainer for Earth and Gold Wellness School of Yoga 200hr YTT.
Rooted in empathy and a commitment to healing, Lauren empowers individuals to harness their inner strength, cultivate resilience, and embody the practice of yoga.
Kelly Bergh
Kelly Bergh is a 200-hour E-RYT with meditation teacher credentials known for incorporating brain-based mobility drills into her flow yoga classes. She is working toward her 500-hour RYT certification with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps' Awakening Yoga Academy in Seattle. She has also trained abroad in functional neurology with Adell Bridges and Celest Pereira.
She is a current leader at Commune Yoga in Seattle, WA and Bulldog Yoga in Villanova, PA, as well as Bulldog Online.

We will spend 3 nights together in an intimate, private boutique hotel with beautiful views of the mountains! This retreat includes high quality accommodations, heated pool, some on-site meals and 2 family dinners off-site at michelin guide restaurants.
Group hiking, yoga on-site, meditation, 2 yoga workshops at a nearby studio are all optional, but included. Transportation to and from planned dinners and activities will be provided, as well as a few special extras from us to you!

Airfare and transportation fees to and from the airport are not included. We are happy to help you arrange group transportation with other retreat members, just reach out!
We chose this location because of the many local options for relaxation and exploration, so we have woven in plenty of free time for you to venture out (or stay in) on your own. Two mealtimes will be open for you to enjoy some of the many great cafes and restaurants in the area or on your adventures. An itinerary will be provided in advance to help you plan your stay and we will be happy to offer plenty of suggestions!

We will accommodate any dietary restrictions provided ahead of time. A survey will be sent out shortly after deposit to ensure we receive all of the important information we need to help you have an amazing retreat experience.

We will have a minimum of one yoga practice each day, with two opportunities for 2.5 hour workshops. Woven throughout the retreat will be opportunities for meditation, breathwork, cold plunge, and scheduled group hiking.
All activities are optional and no pressure to attend each one. We will also provide a list of other activities (Joshua Tree hike, Mid Century Architecture bike tour, etc.) If you are looking for other activities to do on your own or with a friend.

During your free time you can take advantage of the many local pool and spa day passes for purchase. We are also able to book on-site massage directly to your room if given advance notice.

Yes. No outside alcohol is permitted on hotel grounds, however there is a well stocked bar and cocktails/bottles can be independently purchased until 7pm. Other mini bar selections are also available.
Included in your family dinners off-site is a round of alcholohic/non-alcoholic offerings. Additional purchases may be made separately at the bar. We ask that attendees be intentional with their consumption and mindful of the group as a whole.

Free time is woven into this retreat experience to enjoy the surrounding areas and activities on your own or with a friend. Stay by the pool for an afternoon or venture out for hiking, shopping, or exploring.
An itinerary will be sent out in advance to help you plan your stay. Additional activity and travel expenses are not included, and should be arranged individually.

A non-refundable $600 payment is requred to book your spot. Final payment is required 90-days prior to the retreat (Jan 1, 2025).

Each individual must provide a non-refundable $600 deposit to secure your spot and help assist with the planning process for your stay.
While we understand that things happen, we will do our best to work with you if you need to cancel. The sooner you can let us know if you need to cancel, the more likely we are able fill your spot and offer you a possible refund. If you let us know you need to cancel after you have made your final payment, it will be up to you to find a replacement for your retreat space to receive reimbursement.

Transporation to and from off site planned group meals and activities will be arranged for you.
Airfare, transporation to and from the airport, and any transportation to free time activities should be arranged individually. We will be happy to offer suggestions or help assist in finding group transportation within the retreat.
While a rental car is not necessary, depending on your travel needs/plans you may be interested in sharing a car with other retreat attendees.

We are happy to offer continuing education credits as (YACEP) continuing education providers. In order to receive 10 hours of continuing education through Yoga Alliance, you must be currently registered as a 200 hr RYT with Yoga Alliance.
All workshops and practices must be attended to receive credit. More information will be provided to attendees.
