the mission

Wild Thing

The mission is to evoke compassion in all of us for all of us, which is why we add a bit of animal activism and a dash of feminism to our yoga, focusing on slowing down, Women’s Circles and Karma Yoga and hoping to make yoga available to everybody and every body.

Right now, Wild Thing is me, Kat, but I’m hoping that with time it becomes so, so much more than that. I hope it becomes a part of you, a part of your practice and a part of the community. I hope it becomes a part of you that is tired of being hidden and is ready to be released into the world and the wild. I hope you join me on this journey back to ourselves.

Slow Flow

Slowly. With your breath. And with intention and feeling of every little move and motion on the way from one posture to another. Because, just like every cheesy quote ever wanted to tell us, life is not about the destination, it’s about the journey and the same applies to yoga.

What to expect: slow movements, different options for poses ranging from beginner to more advanced, long Savasana, fine tunes and good vibes.

Yoni Shakti Yoga + monthly Women’s circles

Expect a gentle yoga practice that focuses on your feminine side. Reconnect with your inner wisdom and your menstrual cycle as well as the wisdom of the Universe. It’s all about nourishment and connection.

What to expect: feminine slow flow, community, honoring your cycle, mantras and loooong Savasana (sometimes Yoga Nidra).

Karma Flow

Slow Flow but with extra karma points as all the proceeds from this class go to an animal shelter or a non-profit animal rescue. Do something for yourself and those homeless pups at the same time. Win-win!

What to expect: all the ingredients of a Slow Flow + bonus karma points for giving back.

Yoga Nidra

Also called yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra can do wonders for healing and insight. It's a state of consciousness in which we are invited to re-encounter the essential truth of who we really are and come back home to yourself.

What to expect: a time to release and renew, a nest and a journey through different states of consciousness.

“I would like my life to be a statement of love & compassion—and where it isn’t, that’s where my work lies.”
— ~ Ram Dass
