what
to expect
Step into the slow, sun-drenched rhythm of the Cyclades during a 5-night, 6-day collaborative yoga retreat with Lauren Clark (Wild Thing Yoga) and Madison Jane (Madison Jane Yoga).
With a focus on movement, myth, and connection, we’ve curated an experience where you can show up exactly as you are on the deeply beautiful island of Kea. Kea is simultaneously wild, serene, authentic, and comfortable - becoming a quiet companion to each moment of our time together. The island holds ancient oak forests, hidden beaches, and walking paths leading to temples. Each day will offer ample opportunity to return to presence, beginning with yoga practice, breathwork, and meditation.
We will share slow, nourishing meals in the warm sea breeze, carefully prepared with local and fresh ingredients by the villa chef. You’ll be invited to slow down enough to notice what matters, walk to nearby beaches, take a group boating excursion to coves, taste local ingredients and explore real connection to the culture of the island, and with one another.
