Palm Springs
Yoga Retreat

Palm Springs, Ca | October 19-23, 2026

what
to expect

Slow down with Lauren Clark for a 4-night yoga retreat experience set within a 1930s old-Hollywood, Spanish Revival villa - where boutique accommodations meet sunlit courtyards, set against the San Jacinto mountains. A high-desert, low-key, one-of-a-kind retreat experience in Palm Springs, California.

With a small group of just ten guests, the atmosphere is intentionally intimate. We’ve curated a space where you can show up exactly as you are and fall into the rhythm of the desert and mountains that surround you.

Each day will be filled with unique discoveries and simple rituals as we match pace with desert-time.

The morning light will guide our practice each day with movement, simple meditations, reflection, and easy-to-follow breathwork: ritual practices that you can take home with you. We will balance energetic output with nourishing meals, thoughtfully prepared by a private chef, and spend our days discovering the beautiful and healing natural landscapes that surround us. There will be ample time to bicycle through the old Hollywood era neighborhoods and mid-century modern architecure, or visit the local botanical garden, read a new book by the pool, or take an adventure on horseback through the desert canyon trails.*

This unique retreat also includes an in-studio workshop, a restorative class under the stars (set to vintage vinyl), a special gift, and a trip to Joshua Tree for an Integratron sound bath in a historic, high-frequency wooden dome. It is a profound, "only-in-the-desert" sensory experience. You can also expect a couple of little surprises here and there!

Practices and workshops are all optional. *Horseback ride an optional excursion for an additional cost, transportation provided.
